St. Paul Triple C meets on the 3rd Thursday of the month at 6 PM in the teacher workroom.

Minutes from the April 14, 2011 Meeting

I. Call to order and opening prayer at 6:00pm on April 14, 2011.

A. Secretary Report – Velma Kocher read minutes for March meeting.

B. Treasurer Report - Debbie Easley read financial report for March.

II. OLD BUSINESS

A. Confirmation- Michelle will get cake for Sunday morning brunch.

B. Book fair- The book fair did well. Made about $400 on the weekend events. Made about $500 more than last year.

C. Keeley talked with Long John Silver’s about possibly doing a St. Paul night.

D. Accelerated Readers- The kids went to the space museum for 3rd quarter. Not sure where they are going for 4th quarter yet.

E. Keeley talked about the walk for Walker race. Will be from 8-12 on Saturday April 16th. St. Paul is going to be in charge of selling drinks and 50/50 tickets. Setup will be in the parking lot by football field. They really need help. We appropriated funds to purchase Gatorade for the amount of $49.90. Will display our St. Paul School sign at the booth.

III. NEW BUSINESS:

A. Graduation- Who will get the supplies for the reception? Who is going to be taking pictures for graduation?

B. Officer elections-Asked for volunteers for office of Vice President- Debbie Easley accepted the position. Volunteer for Financial Secretary, Eileen Jones accepted position.

C. Water Park- Will try and reserve for August 14th - Brian will call about reserving.

D. Stacy Dickinson brought up the idea of having a table at open house with T-shirt samples with order forms available, as well as other items for parents to purchase.
