This year the sixth graders will be using the Sadlier-Oxford Spelling series (Level A). This series focuses on 20 vocabulary words per week. Students will have the opportunity to review their words in a fun, interactive way using Moodle!

Sixth graders will be using the Open Court Reading series, chapter books and a variety of other fiction and non-fiction texts.

Sixth graders will continue using the Shurley Method for English. We will be adding new sentence patterns this year with a focus on developing excellent writing skills.
