It has been an exciting year in Mrs. Kocher and Mrs. Sutherland’s 3 year old preschool class. From learning many new things to fun field trips we have had a adventure packed year!
In the fall we started off the school year by learning how to play with our friends, write our name, and get used to being in school. We enjoyed fun snacks, playtime with friends, and learning our shapes, numbers, colors, and letters. We also enjoyed having our grandparents and special friends visit our classroom for grandparent’s day. It is amazing to see how much we have learned in just one year.
Recently it was our turn to say the Morning Prayer and pledge over the school intercom….it was so exciting…..despite a little stage fright, we did a wonderful job!
We have taken two fun field trips this year that included a walking trip to visit the fire station and a fun bus ride to the Perryville Pumpkin Patch! The highlight of the fire station trip was when the fireman slid down the pole and also when we got to sit in the fire truck! We also enjoyed the tractor ride out to the pumpkin patch and playing in the corn crib during our field trip to Perryville. We topped off the day with lunch and playtime at a fun playground.
We are looking forward to the final weeks of preschool. The kids are anxiously awaiting their turn to make volcanos with Ms. Keown next year!
